Beta Program Terms & Conditions

1. Confidentiality

This software and all related documentation, features, and data are the confidential and proprietary information of ReactLTC, LLC ("ReactLTC"). You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose any information about this software to any third party without prior written consent from ReactLTC.

2. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of ReactLTC, LLC. This beta access does not grant you any ownership rights or license to use the software beyond the scope of this beta program.

3. Beta Software Disclaimer

This software is provided "as is" in beta form. ReactLTC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the software's performance, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The software may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could cause system failures or data loss.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree to:

  • Use the software only for evaluation and testing purposes
  • Not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the software
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Not share access credentials with unauthorized users
  • Report any bugs, security issues, or concerns to ReactLTC promptly

5. Data Handling

Any data you input during the beta period may be used by ReactLTC for testing, improvement, and development purposes. ReactLTC will handle all data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

ReactLTC reserves the right to terminate your access to the beta program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReactLTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the beta software.
